The GeoFocus team was retained by IKEA Canada Ltd. Partnership, Store No. 372. to provide Construction Management, Contracts Administration and Site Supervision services for this $500,000.00 restaurant remodel.  The GeoFocus team was given 15 days to dismantle, demolish, remodel and construct one of IKEA’s busiest restaurant locations.  The GeoFocus team had staff onsite nearly 24/7 for the entire duration of the project.
