Developed by Rosehaven Homes and Melrose Investments this elegant, Parisian-style condominium development adds further prestige to Oakville’s affluent residential landscape. The Ontario Home Builder Association’s 2013 Winner for Most Outstanding Mid-Rise Building, The GeoFocus Group was honored to have been retained by the Developer to provide construction management, contracts administration and site supervision services to the project.

The Development is also home to acclaimed Yorkville staple Ristorante Sotto Sotto’s brand-new second location and the premier fitness club Nova Health Club.  The GeoFocus Group was retained by Melrose Investments to provide Construction Management and Contracts Administration services to both interior improvement projects.  The GeoFocus Group worked closely with Melrose Investment’s Representatives to manage the design/delivery of both spaces.

Ristorante Sotto Sotto Oakville

Located within The Randall Residences condominium development – anchor tenant Ristorante Sotto Sotto Oakville, was designed to offer exquisite cuisine and ambiance to residents and their visitors. 

The GeoFocus Group provided Construction Management, Contracts Administration and Site Supervision services to this interior fit-out project on behalf of the landlord Melrose Investments.

From assisting with the selection of interior design consultants to managing pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases The GeoFocus Group worked closely with Melrose Investments Owner’s Representative to facilitate the timely execution/delivery of the project.

 

 

Hotel Novotel Toronto Vaughan

The developer, Lake Vaughan Investments Ltd., retained The GeoFocus Group to overtake the construction activities of Hotel Novotel Toronto Vaughan by providing construction management, contracts administration, site supervision and delayed project recovery services to the project, ultimately seeing it through to completion. Today, the ultra-sleek Hotel Novotel Toronto Vaughan marked a shift in the city’s evolving architectural style with its modern and luxurious atmosphere. It even boasts a high-class in-house eatery, The Trio Lounge and Restaurant, which The GeoFocus Group also helped bring to life.

Located on the Northern edge of Toronto, Hotel Novotel Toronto Vaughan provides a contemporary destination for business and leisure travelers.

Offering modern accommodations and a highly accessible location, the Toronto Ontario hotel features 149 rooms and sophisticated amenities, such as complimentary WiFi, a full service onsite restaurant, an indoor saltwater pool, and versatile event space.

BioSci Canada Dental Research Facility

The GeoFocus Group was retained to provide construction management, contracts administration and site supervision services during the construction of BioSci Canada Dental Research Facility, a groundbreaking medical facility in Mississauga, Ont. Recognizing that this was more than just a structure in the making, but what would be the site of many future medical breakthroughs, the team at The GeoFocus Group dedicated as much passion and enthusiasm into the project as we did hard work, unparalleled expertise and genuine transparency.

IKEA Vaughan LCD Menu Upgrade

The GeoFocus Group was retained to provide General Contracting and Project Management services with respect to a store wide LCD Menu Upgrade project. The GeoFocus Group provided constant oversight with respect to all activities required to prepare for final LCD television placement. Scheduling of multiple entities was critical to ensure that activities were completed with minimal disruption to store operations.

Tappo Wine Bar and Restaurant

The historic Distillery District in Toronto, Ont. is a popular tourist destination not only for international visitors, but also for Torontonians themselves. The GeoFocus Group was happy to play a role in the creation of the incredible Tappo Wine Bar and Restaurant, located in a reinvigorated centuries-old building in the historic neighbourhood. The GeoFocus Group was retained by the general contractor to assist with construction management and contracts administration, breathing new life into this charming old structure and creating a rustic ambiance for wine lovers and diners.

IKEA Canada Service Office Remodel / Renovation

The GeoFocus Group was retained by IKEA Canada to provide a Construction Management At-Risk delivery method to the project.  The GeoFocus Group provided Construction Management, Contracts Administration and Site Supervision services to this commercial interior remodel / renovation project.  Services included but were not limited to quality control, project control, quality assurance and quality control, change order management, request for information management, Owner contracted trade coordination.
